You must be a resident of the City of Mound to apply for a dock site or for the waiting list:
You must show proof of residence when applying. Persons moving to the City and/or building a home do not qualify for the Docks Program until they actually reside at the residence within the City of Mound.
Landlords, whether or not they live in the City of Mound, CANNOT apply for a dock site for property they own and rent out in the City of Mound. The renter of the property must apply in his/her name and proof of residence is required when applying.
